  • 2 c. onion
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 12 oz. pimento
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. celery seed
  • 3 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
