Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Add squash, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Cook on top of stove until thick.

4If squash doesn't mound when dropped from a spoon, add 2 tablespoons flour.

5Bake in well-greased and floured ring mold for 1 hour.

6Remove and fill the center of ring with green beans.
