- 1 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. strained cooked winter squash
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 5 c. flour (approximately)
Directions

1Put the warm water and sugar into the large bowl of electric mixer.

2Sprinkle yeast into this and allow to stand 5 minutes. Add oil, salt, squash and dry milk.

3Beat well at low speed. Gradually beat in 2 cups of flour.

4Scrape beaters and add the rest of the flour by hand, mixing well.

5Let rise 1 hour.
