- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Make medium white sauce with butter, flour and milk.

2Add 1/2 cup cheese and squash; season to taste.

3Stir in slightly beaten egg yolks; then add sauce.

4Fold in beaten egg whites.

5Last, put in buttered baking dish with buttered bread crumbs on top.

6Bake 25 or 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
