  • 1 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Steam squash and onion.

    Add milk, egg and seasonings.

    Place in buttered baking dish.

    Top with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
