  • 1 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Knudsen Sour Cream or Breakstone's
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained, 10 oz.
  • 1/2 cup red pepper Chopped, optional
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained, chopped, optional, 8 oz.
  • 1 inch round sourdough bread or serve hollowed-out

Directions

    Mix mayo, sour cream and salad dressing mix until well blended.

    Add spinach and red pepper; mix well.

    Refrigerate.

    Serve with bread pieces and assorted cut-up vegetables or chips.

    Serve in round sourdough bread.

    Cut slice from top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving 1-inch thick shell.
