- 1 lb. squash
- 8 to 10 crackers, crumbled fine
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste (1 tsp. each)
Directions

1Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper until tender.

2Drain water and mash.

3Add milk, cheese, butter, eggs and crackers; stir together.

4Bake in a buttered casserole dish at 350° for 30 minutes, or until brown.
