- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk or dairy rich
- cinnamon
Directions

1Mix squash, margarine, sugar, flour, eggs and milk (dairy rich) in a blender.

2Pour into a souffle dish.

3Sprinkle with cinnamon.

4Bake at 350°
