  • 1 pkg. frozen, mashed squash, defrosted
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk or dairy rich
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Mix squash, margarine, sugar, flour, eggs and milk (dairy rich) in a blender.

    Pour into a souffle dish.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 350°

    for one hour or until firm in center.
