- 1 1/2 c. squash
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. hot milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Steam squash and onion together.

2Mash squash and add butter. Mix all other ingredients with squash.

3Put in casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325°.

4After 35 to 40 minutes, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
