- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs (dry)
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter

2in hot milk, pour over 1 cup bread crumbs, mix well

4add to cooked, blended squash.

5Add seasonings. Beat eggs

8Pour into buttered dish. Top with 1/2

9cup buttered bread crumbs and bake at 300° until firm, about 45 minutes.
