  • 2 c. mashed, cooked squash
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Melt butter in hot milk and pour over crumbs.

    Beat eggs.

    Add to squash, crumbs, milk and onion mixture.

    Bake in greased casserole dish in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
