Ingredients

  • 5 medium zucchini
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Cook squash in wine until soft; drain.

    Mash and mix in cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.

    Add eggs; mix well.

    Turn into greased casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
