- 5 medium zucchini
- 3/4 c. white wine
- 1 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Cook squash in wine until soft; drain.

2Mash and mix in cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.

3Add eggs; mix well.

4Turn into greased casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
