- 2 c. yellow squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small bag herb seasoned crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and drain.

2Mash and add sour cream, soup, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.

3Sprinkle a layer of crumbs in a shallow casserole dish.

4Spoon squash mixture over crumbs.

5Cover with additional crumbs and dot with butter or margarine.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

7Serves 6 to 8.
