- 2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- herb seasoned bread crumbs
- butter
Directions

1Cook squash, carrot and onion together, drain.

2Mash squash, add sour cream and soup, salt and pepper.

3Sprinkle layer of bread crumbs into a 9 x 9-inch or 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Spoon mixture over crumbs and then top with crumbs.

5Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Serves 6 to 8.
