- 4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. warm water or milk
Directions

1Mix together in large bowl all dry ingredients.

2Add liquid and stir.

3Dough will be very stiff.

4Leave in mixing bowl.

5Cover and let rise for an hour or until doubled in size.

6Heat cooking oil to 370°.

7Pinch off walnut size pieces, flattening and pulling hands until each piece is 1/4-inch thick.

8Fry until golden brown.
