- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Fry bacon; set aside.

2Drain all but 3 tablespoons drippings from skillet.

3Cook and stir green pepper and onion in drippings until onion is tender.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Cook and stir until eggs are thickened through but still moist.

6Crumble bacon; sprinkle on egg mixture.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
