- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 4 medium diced potatoes
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Stew squirrels and reserve broth.

2Remove meat from bones and put back in broth.

3Bring to a boil and add all ingredients, except rice.

4Cook about 45 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.

5Add cooked rice and serve hot.
