Sriracha Caramel Corn

  • 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 6 cups Popped Popcorn (remove Any Un-popped Kernels)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 250 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.

    Bring to a boil and let the mixture boil for 4 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add the Sriracha, vanilla and baking soda.

    In a large bowl combine the popped popcorn and caramel sauce until evenly coated.

    Spread popcorn over the baking sheet and place in the oven for 45 minutes.

    Give the popcorn a good stir every 15 minutes.

    Then remove it from the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
