  • 4 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar (or superfine sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 10 fluid ounces double cream
  • 1 tablespoon brandy (optional) or 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional)
