- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 2 pkg. raspberries, partially defrosted
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

2Add partially defrosted berries, also the juice.

3Pour into an 8-inch pan (or star mold). Chill in refrigerator until firm.

4Combine the marshmallows and cream cheese; mix.

5Add whipping cream; beat with beater until stiff.

6Spread over gelatin mixture.

7Chill thoroughly.

8Serves 10 to 12.
