- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chives
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- paprika
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender.

2Beat the cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.

3Add potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika.

4Beat just until combined.

5Spoon mixture into buttered casserole (or use Pam).

6Sprinkle paprika; cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Remove and uncover for 15 minutes.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
