- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. Knox gelatine
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar, granulated or powdered
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatine on cold water.

2Let sit until softened, about 5 minutes.

3Add the hot water; mix well, heat if needed, until all granules are dissolved.

4Beat the whipping cream until nearly finished.

5Slowly add the gelatine mixture, then add sugar to taste.

6Beat until cream is of desired consistency.

7Refrigerate.
