- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectionary sugar
- 1 container of Kool Whip, thawed
- 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mixed with milk as directed on package.
Directions

1To make the crust, mix together and pat down in a 13 x 9 inch pan, the flour, oleo, and nuts.

2Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, the cool.

3Mix together the cream cheese, confectionary sugar and Kool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

4Spread the chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese layer.

5Spread rest of Kool Whip over top of pudding.

6Sprinkle nuts or shaved chocolate over topping.

7Chill until served.
