Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectionary sugar
  • 1 container of Kool Whip, thawed
  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mixed with milk as directed on package.

Directions

    To make the crust, mix together and pat down in a 13 x 9 inch pan, the flour, oleo, and nuts.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, the cool.

    Mix together the cream cheese, confectionary sugar and Kool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

    Spread the chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese layer.

    Spread rest of Kool Whip over top of pudding.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle nuts or shaved chocolate over topping.
  7. 7
    Chill until served.
