  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 clove garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cans water
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Put meat, onion and garlic powder (clove) in a skillet and brown.

    Add all other ingredients, except rice, and simmer 30 minutes.

    Add rice.

    Pour into crock-pot and cook on low for about 1 to 2 hours.
