- 1 clove garlic or garlic powder
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 large onion
- 3 cans water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Put meat, onion and garlic powder (clove) in a skillet and brown.

2Add all other ingredients, except rice, and simmer 30 minutes.

3Add rice.

4Pour into crock-pot and cook on low for about 1 to 2 hours.
