- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Boil mixture to 300° using candy thermometer.

2Add coloring while boiling.

3Remove from heat; add flavoring.

4Pour mixture immediately into large bread pan with thick layer of confectioners sugar.

5(Rinse down sides of pan with very hot water before candy hardens onto sides.)

6Test corners to begin cutting with kitchen scissors.

7Need at least two people to cut candy onto waxed paper before it becomes too hardened.

8After cutting into bite size pieces, place in wire basket to shake off excess powdered sugar. Place in airtight containers.
