- 3 lbs. Sirloin Tip (cut into strips 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch)
- 6 Lg Green Peppers Diced
- 3 Onions Diced
- 1/2 lb. Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Burgundy Wine
- 1 qt. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Salad Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 6 Tbsp. Water (mix cornstarch with water, set aside)
Directions

1Heat skillet, saute meat in salad oil unit brown.

2Add peppers, onions, mushrooms, water, burgundy and all seasonings.

3Cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes.

4If more seasoning is needed add 1 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt.

5Add cornstarch mix to thicken.

6Serve over cooked rice.
