  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 5/8 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder

    Add eggs and dry ingredients alternately with milk, a small amount at a time.
