  • 3 small green apples
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 slice bread
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

    Preheat oven at 180C Celsius.

    Core and skin apples.

    Thinly slice apples.

    Heat pan.

    Melt butter.

    Put in apples and raisins.

    Cook until apples are soft.

    Strain butter onto baking dish to grease it.

    Tear 4 slices of bread into pieces in a big bowl.

    Pour raisin and apple mixture onto bread.

    Under low heat, Melt butter and pour in milk, egg, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugars.
