- 1 pkg. Adolph's meat marinade (original flavor)
- 1 (3 to 5 lb.) standing rib roast (bones intact)
Directions

1Place roast in shallow cake pan.

2Mix marinade according to directions on back.

3Pour over roast and marinate 30 to 45 minutes, turning and covering a few times.

4Preheat oven to 325°.

5Place roast in shallow open pan, rib bones down.

6Do not add water. Roast meat, using a thermometer for internal temperature:

7rare 140°, medium 160°, well 170°.
-
8The ideal temperature is 155° (about 35 minutes per pound).

9Remove from the oven and let stand 15 minutes before carving.
-
10Carve top down to bone and then release along bone.
-
11Can use drippings for gravy.
-
12Baste often with remaining marinade.
