  • 1 box orange and 1 box lemon jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 4 sliced bananas
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients and cool until hard.

    Cover with marshmallows.

    Sprinkle pecans.

    Beat egg until foamy; add sugar, pineapple juice and flour.

    Cook until thick; cool and spread on top of marshmallows.

    Mix heavy cream and cream cheese and spread on top.
