- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- powdered sugar
- 32 ounces vegetable oil
- 1 funnel
Directions

1Combine flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, and milk.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Heat cooking oil in a deep skillet.

4Cover tip of funnel with finger and fill with batter.

5Hold funnel over skillet; release batter in circular motion, then crisscross batter to form funnel cake.

6Batter will rise and expand while cooking. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or coat with glaze.
