- 3 lb. stew beef
- 5 potatoes, quartered
- 5 carrots, quartered
- 3 onions, quartered
- 1 can green peas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can corn, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 c. red wine
Directions

1Place beef, potatoes, carrots, onions and corn in a roasting pan.

2Mix soups and liquid from peas and corn together.

3Pour over beef and vegetables.

4Pour peas over the top of mixture.

5Add wine to cover the top of the vegetables.

6If needed, add some water to cover the top of the vegetables.
