- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1/3 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. fat/oil
- 4 to 6 small potatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces.

2Dredge steak in flour. Brown well on both sides.

3Place meat in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour off excess fat.

4Scrape browned drippings and add to meat. Arrange potatoes with meat.

5Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over meat and potatoes.

6Add tomato sauce.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

8Serves 4.
