Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 garlic cloves (full)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 juice of half lemon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 10 stick spring onion
  • 1 1 full chicken cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together

    Place chicken in a sealable bag and pour marinate and live in fridge over night or at least 5 hours

    Preheat oven to 220 and place chicken in an oven proof tray.

    Grill for 1 hour and enjoy
