- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 garlic cloves (full)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 juice of half lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 10 stick spring onion
- 1 1 full chicken cut in half
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
Directions

1Blend all ingredients together

2Place chicken in a sealable bag and pour marinate and live in fridge over night or at least 5 hours

3Preheat oven to 220 and place chicken in an oven proof tray.

4Grill for 1 hour and enjoy
