  • 2 small or 1 large tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium green pepper

    Salt and pepper steak.

    Place in electric skillet and brown. After browning meat, turn heat down to medium.

    Slice onion, pepper and potatoes and place over meat.

    Cook until done.

    Cover with tomato sauce.

    Cover and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
