  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt, garlic and pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • rice (according to pkg.)

Directions

    Cut steak into 1-inch strips.

    Mix salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and Worcestershire with flour.

    Coat steak.

    Put oil into a large pot.

    Brown steak on both sides.

    Add milk, bell pepper and onion.

    Let cook on low about 1 hour, stirring often.

    Cook rice according to package.
