- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese (Lamagna)
- 16 oz. breakfast steak (thin)
- 4 oz. mushrooms, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3/4 c. shredded Provolone cheese
- 1 lb. frozen dough, thawed
Directions

1Roll dough into a 12-inch circle.

2Fry steak with onion and drain.

3On half of circle of dough, put Ricotta cheese with a dash of black pepper.

4Covering

5Ricotta cheese, put steak, mushrooms and Provolone (put in this order).

6Fold over other half of dough to make half moon, covering and sealing firmly.

7Sprinkle flour on top; let bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°, until golden.
