- cube steak
- butter
- pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (not the golden)
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 clove sliced garlic or powder to equal
Directions

1Brown cube steak (no flour) in butter (melted) in frypan.

2Use pepper (no salt).

3Cut in bite size pieces after browning.

4Mix soup, water and garlic.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Put steak and liquid in covered casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350°.

7Serve on cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
