- 1 c. thinly cut, fresh mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. finely cut green onions with tops
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh, snipped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 beef tenderloin medallions (1/4-inch thick)
Directions

1Make sauce by sauteing garlic and onions in 1/4 cup butter. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and heat.

2Add parsley just before serving.

3When ready to serve, heat cast-iron skillet to medium heat and add butter and oil.

4Saute tenderloin medallions over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until medium-rare.

5Serve with sauce on heated plates.
