- 4 beef sirloin strips steaks (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. snipped chives
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Pound steaks to 1/3-inch thickness.

2Sprinkle one side of steak with salt, freshly ground pepper and some of the dry mustard.

3Pound into meat.

4Repeat with other side of steak.

5Melt margarine in blazer pan of chafing dish over direct heat or in skillet.

6Add 2 steaks; cook 2 minutes on each side.

7Place on hot serving plate.

8Repeat, cooking remaining steaks.

9Add remaining ingredients to blazer pan; bring to a boil.

10Place steaks in chafing dish.

11Spoon sauce over.

12Garnish with mushrooms.
