- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- Season-All
- flour (self-rising)
Directions

1Cut round steak (against the grain) to the length and width of index finger.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt and Season-All (be sure to rub in).

3Place in container.

4Cover with Worcestershire sauce; cover with lid and marinate at least 1 hour.

5Mix egg and milk. Dip steak in mixture; roll in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Deep fat fry 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
