  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
  • crazy pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Thoroughly pierce the steak with a fork on both sides.

    Mix the marinade in a ziploc bag and add the steak.

    Squeeze out all the air before you zip the last inch.

    Allow sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

    The color of the meat will turn from red to brown when ready.

    Use tongs to transfer to a super hot grill for searing.
