Ingredients

  • 10 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup red wine vinegar
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in Ziplock Freezer bag.

    Shake well.

    Add steaks.

    Remove as much air as possible before sealing bag.

    Place in refrigerator.

    Allow to marinade for at least 2 hours (overnight if possible).

    Same recipe can be used for fish steaks such as Ahi Tuna, sword fish or shark with the addition of 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger root.
