  • 1 pound White Mushrooms
  • 1 whole Sweet Onion
  • 1-1/2 cube Butter
  • 1 cup Any Good Quality Dry Red Wine

Directions

    Slice the mushrooms and the onion into thin slices. Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook until the onion is translucent and then pour in a cup of red wine. Increase heat to medium high and cook until liquid is reduced by half. Serve with steak or hamburgers (any kind of grilled beef).
