- 500 g steak
- 2 tablespoons anchovies, sauce
- 125 g butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Directions

1Remove any fat from the steak.

2Place meat into a double-boiler and cook for 4 hours.

3Place meat (and juices) into blender with butter and blend to a paste. Add other ingredients and blend to mix.

4Place into sterilized jars. Store in refrigerator.
