  • round steak, cut into 3 to 4-inch pieces
  • onions, cut fine in food processor
  • bacon, cut fine

Directions

    Salt and pepper steaks; place onions and bacon mixture on steak pieces.

    Roll up and place a couple of toothpicks to hold together.

    Place in Dutch oven sprayed with Pam with lid on and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

    Cook egg noodles.

    Drain these, then add to steak rolls.
