Steak Royale

Directions

   Roll steak in flour.

   Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brown in skillet.

   Cut 8 to 10 strips of green pepper and lay over meat. Mix separately soup mix and water.

   Add ketchup and Worcestershire.

   Pour soup mixture over steak and pepper in a pressure cooker or crock-pot.

   Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

   Or cook in crock-pot all day.

   Serve with rice, boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes and my Green Bean Recipe.
