- 50 ml Sake
- 50 ml Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar

1Peel the garlic and crush with the side of a knife.

2When you cook the steak, cook the garlic along with it.

3When the meat has finished cooking, remove the meat, but leave the garlic.
