- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 beef cubed steaks (1 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 4 French bread slices
- 1/2 c. chili sauce or catsup
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions

1On wax paper, mix flour and salt.

2Use to coat beef cubed steaks.

3In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, cook steaks until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes.

4Place each steak on a slice of bread on warm platter.

5Keep warm.
