Ingredients

  • Meat or Fish (Swordfish is best, or Salmon) enough for however many people you are serving -about 3oz cooked per person.
  • Nuts! Nuts! Nuts! -The nuts make this salad; choose a nice toastable nut like pecan, or walnut or even sliced almonds.
  • Big bunch of dark, rich greens, with some romaine mixed.
  • Veggies of your choice, but I like tomato, chives, snap-peas, shredded carrots, cucumber, beats, celery, and throw in a few beans (canned red or black, be sure to rinse them).
  • Some kind of Ginger-herb-Lime dressing- for marinade and dressing salad.
  • Nice 12 grain bread (warmed) for sopping up dressing.
